Question 1

How much does an email migration cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the number of mailboxes, the amount of data, the source system and whether files and devices are included. After the audit we give you a fixed price.

Question 2

Will we lose any emails?

Accepted Answer

Not with a properly planned migration. We copy everything before the switch and run a final sync afterwards, and the old system stays available until we have checked that everything arrived.

Question 3

Will there be any downtime?

Accepted Answer

New mail keeps arriving throughout. Your team may need to sign in again on their computers and phones the next morning, and we help with that.

Question 4

Do we need to do anything?

Accepted Answer

Very little. We will ask for admin access to the old system and your domain, and for each person to sign in to their new account on the day.

Question 5

Can you migrate from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. Emails, contacts and calendars move both ways.

Question 6

Can you move our files too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can move OneDrive and SharePoint files to Google Drive, or the other way, as part of the project.

Question 7

Can you set up email for a new business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 from scratch, with your domain, DNS and security configured properly.

Question 8

Do you work outside London?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most migrations are done remotely, so we work with businesses across the UK and in Dubai.

Question 9

Will our email signatures move across?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We set up consistent signatures for everyone in the new system.
